We provide a hassle-free return policy for 30 days. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within this timeframe for a refund on the item price only; please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable, as it will cover return shipping costs. Rest assured, you won’t need to stress about return shipping.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Additionally, it must be in its original packaging, and you should have the order number or proof of purchase. -

We provide international shipping for the majority of our products; however, we do not accept international orders for our macramé items due to their weight and the high shipping costs involved.

Our macrame cat hammocks are designed to be highly durable. The sturdy braided ropes and metal rings provide excellent support. They can accommodate up to 50 pounds, but we strongly recommend them for pets weighing 25 pounds or less. The base of our hammocks measures approximately 14 inches in diameter; if your pet is significantly larger than the hammock's dimensions, they may be too big for it.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days for a refund on the item price only.
